The Standout Group LLC, doing business as Standout Capital ("Standout Capital," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use standoutcap.com or work with us, why we collect it, and what we will and will not do with it.

1. Information we collect

When you submit an application or contact us, we may collect:

Your name, business name, email address and phone number
Business details such as industry, monthly revenue range, capital needed and timeline
An estimated personal credit range that you self-report — we do not pull your credit to display it
Business bank statements and other business documents you choose to upload
Your Employer Identification Number, if you provide it
Technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed
A record of your consent to be contacted, including the exact wording shown to you and the time you agreed
Where a funding application requires it, your Social Security number and date of birth — see section 2

2. Sensitive information

Most funding providers require a Social Security number and date of birth to process an application. We collect that information directly from you — by phone or another secure channel, never through a form on this website — and hold it under access controls limited to the people who need it to place your file. It is used only to prepare and submit your application, and shared only with funding providers evaluating it.

We never ask for online banking usernames or passwords. If any website, email or text claiming to be Standout Capital asks you to enter a Social Security number or a banking password into a web page, do not provide it — contact us at funding@standoutcap.com.

3. How we use your information

To review your file and determine which funding options realistically fit your business
To present your application to funding providers on your behalf, with your authorization
To contact you about your application, your options, and the status of a submission
To send service messages, appointment confirmations and reminders
To send marketing or educational messages, where you have agreed to receive them
To operate, secure and improve our website and services
To meet legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations

4. Text messages and calls

If you check the consent box on our application, you agree that Standout Capital may call and text you at the number you provided, including through automated systems. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of receiving any product or service from us.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or lead-generation purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We are not a lead seller, and your information is not resold to other brokers.

We share what is necessary, and only what is necessary, with:

Funding providers and lenders — when you ask us to seek funding on your behalf, we submit your application and supporting documents to providers we believe fit your file. This is the core service you are engaging us for.
Service providers that help us run the business — hosting, database, scheduling, email and analytics vendors — who are permitted to use the information only to perform that service for us.
Independent partners you specifically engage through us, such as credit analysis or restoration providers. Those firms operate under their own agreements and privacy policies.
Legal authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

6. Your documents

Bank statements and other documents you upload are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in private, access-controlled storage. They are used to evaluate and place your file and are shared only with funding providers considering your application. You may ask us to delete uploaded documents at any time, subject to records we are required to retain.

7. How we protect information

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information in our care, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to people who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat financial documents as the sensitive material they are.

8. How long we keep information

We keep application information and documents for as long as needed to provide services to you and to satisfy legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or render it unidentifiable.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not function properly if you do.

10. Your choices and rights

Opt out of texts — reply STOP to any message.
Opt out of email — use the unsubscribe link, or email us.
Access, correct or delete — email funding@standoutcap.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11. Third-party websites

Our site links to and integrates tools operated by other companies, including scheduling and analytics providers. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

12. Children

This site and our services are intended for business owners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
